Leverage New Program Offerings & Opportunities

The Oracle Exastack Program helps ISVs run their solutions on Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud – integrated systems products in which the software and hardware are engineered to work together. These products provide OPN partners with a lower cost and high performance infrastructure for database and application workloads across on-premise and cloud based environments. Oracle Partners can leverage the new Oracle Exastack Program to become Oracle Exastack Ready or Oracle Exastack Optimized.

Partners may achieve Oracle Exastack Ready based on their support for Oracle Solaris, Oracle Linux, Oracle Database and Oracle WebLogic; and, in doing so demonstrate to customers that their applications are available on the latest major releases of these products.

More detail on Oracle Exastack Ready benefits and criteria can be found here.

Oracle Exastack Optimized

Customers can be confident when choosing a partner’s Oracle Exastack Optimized application, knowing it has been tuned on Oracle Exadata Database Machine or Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud, with a  goal of delivering speed, scalability and reliability.

Guidelines for Oracle Exastack Optimized will be available in Fall 2011. Additional detail on Oracle Exastack Optimized can be found here.

The Oracle Exastack Program is also part of the OPN program. Partners participating in the program can use their Oracle Exastack Ready and Oracle Exastack Optimized applications to meet qualifying criteria required for advancement within certain OPN levels.

Take Advantage of New Partner Enablement Resources

Dedicated Oracle Exastack lab environments and related technical enablement resources will be available for partners to further their knowledge of Oracle Exastack offerings, and qualify their applications for Oracle Exastack Optimized or Oracle Exastack Ready.

New Guided Learning Paths (GLPs), tailored specifically for ISVs, are available for Oracle Linux, Oracle Solaris, Oracle Database, and Oracle WebLogic. More information about these GLPs and forthcoming Boot Camps (including delivery dates and locations) will be posted on the OPN Competency Center and corresponding OPN Knowledge Zones.
